"Ideal spot."

Great location, 10 mins to the Sassi. Lovely clean room, nice balcony. Nice breakfast included in lovely cafe across the road. Instant communication with owner Alessandro. Would certainly stay again. Thanks Alessandro.

Bellissimo appartamento ai margini del centro di Matera. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto ben arredato. Molto moderno e accogliente. Assolutamente tranquillo. Parcheggio gratuito a 4-5 minuti di distanza. Allesandro è un grande ospite . Grazie mille 🙏

Der Vermieter war unwahrscheinlich freundlich. Zimmer sehr komfortabel und sehr sauber. Sehr Zentrumsnah. Frühstückscafe sehr nett und das Frühstück sehr lecker Übrigens ist die Pizzeria unterhalb des Appartements sehr zu empfehlen

La camera era impeccabilmente pulita, ordinata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione centralissima, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. Struttura ben organizzata, check-in rapido e l'host Alessandro sempre disponibile. Ottima esperienza!

The location is in a walking distance to 'Sassi' in a nice area of the city with many facilities around. Breakfast was served in a bar in front of the property where we could taste a nice variety of sweets as well as great cappuccino. Thank you, Alessandro, we will have good memories about Matera also thanks to a very nice stay in your apartment!

Appartement très bien placé pour visiter Matera, Très propre, bien équipé. Petit déjeuner à prendre dans le café en face : très bien. Stationnement payant facile dans la rue (10€ pour 2 jours )

"Magnifique appartement à 5min des Sassi"

L'appartement est très moderne et très bien équipé. C'était encore mieux que sur les photos. Situé à 5min à pied des Sassi, c'est l'emplacement idéal. L' hôte nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite et il est très sympathique. Je recommande à 100%.
