Ens ha agradat molt l'apartament. Estava molt bé i tenia de tot. Però el que ens ha agradat més ha estat el tracte de n'Alessandro, sempre atent i pendent de nosaltres. Molt bona experiència. Ho recomanem fermament.

Inmejorable estadía en un hermoso departamento, de buenas dimensiones, muy bien equipado, limpio, luminoso, en excelente estado y con ubicación privilegiada. Al llegar Alessandro, nuestro anfitrión, nos mostró el departamento y nos indicó los lugares de interés en la ciudad y como recorrerla, nos hizo recomendaciones gastronómicas e incluso la reserva para cenar. Estuvo siempre presente y en contacto por si llegábamos a necesitar algo más. El desayuno muy rico en un restaurante cercano y nos despedimos de Matera con la intención de repetir la experiencia en Annunziatella en nuestro próximo viaje por Italia!

Camere molto accoglienti e pulitissime. Il bagno ha una doccia grande e molto comoda, l'arredamento è moderno e nuovissimo, letti soffici. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione, nel bar vicino, è ottima.Esperienza molto positiva.
