Annunziatella Suite & Rooms: un nome che proporremo a chiunque desideri visitare Matera! A 2 minuti dal centro, un appartamento che definire bello è troppo limitante: dalla cucina, al bagno, le camere, tutto è perfetto, pulito e arredato meglio di quanto ti aspetti. Il gestore è disponibile e gentilissimo, sa dare un sacco di consigli utili riguardo alla città, e la colazione al bar è ottima.

房子就在老城外一点点路程，步行进老城很方便！房间如网页上的图片一致，干净宽敞！临街的小阳台也很棒！房东很热情，在地图上给我们介绍老城的信息，开车载我们去老城的入口，帮我们预定餐馆；早餐是在街对面路口的咖啡店用餐，包含一块面包和一杯饮品，其余自费。

请将早餐的标准要提前告知客人，不然客人会以为是酒店式的自助早餐了。
