It was nice to be in the desert. food was good. facilites were limited but adiquate.

Moquites at night in the room. no bedside table so was very hard to charge your electronics or even to place your eyeglasses at night when you went to sleep. the doors don't close very well. limited food options. Sand was expected but still annoying.

"Relaxing and recharging"

9.0

Best thing was that I could drive there in my sedan. No need for a 4 wheel drive. There was a big sand dune just behind the property for climbing/ sliding and kids to play. Night desert star gazing was good and our guide Salim was very entertaining. Talking about desert life was enriching. The food was exceptional. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff at food counter. Camel meat barbecue was great, soft and juicy.

Limited WiFi could be a boon or a bane depending on how you take it.

The location of the camp is fantastic. It was absolutely magical in the night with a blanket of stars over your head. The staff is super helpful and always cater to your requests with a smiling face. The team arranged dental kit for us specially by going to the market and delivering in the night. Hats off!!. The food was also nice in the middle of the desert. Manager Iftar is a really nice person. Would definitely plan again.

My only issues was mosquitoes in the tent which was beyond management’s control.

"Unwelcoming Staff and Poor Hospitality"

1.0

The dune bashing tour was amazing and the driver zaher was polite, funny and very nice

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff were unwelcoming and seemed to prioritize money over customer satisfaction. For example, they wanted to charge us for every single use of the sand-board. Additionally, the golf cart service was shockingly rude and unaccommodating. When we requested a ride to our tent, they flat-out refused and claimed the service was only for luggage. However, we clearly saw him transporting other guests, which was both frustrating and unfair. There was a complete lack of basic courtesy and a willingness to assist . The absence of genuine hospitality made the stay unpleasant and stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a welcoming and enjoyable experience. The breakfast was above average and very basic, the dinner was good.

"A desert camping experience with a lot of potential just waiting for adequate maintenance."

5.0

The facility is spacious and well laid out with a variety of different accommodation options. Cars are parked near the reception and staff take al the luggage to the rooms so that there are no complications with cars driving around the facility

There was no hot water in our tent although our daughters in the tent next door did have some hot water so perhaps the hot water was just not working o=in our room. The door did not open fully as it caught on the sagging tent roof. The driver on our sand dune experience got the car stuck and took almost an hour to be pulled free.
