"Stay here!"

The place is kept spotless, the room size was great & both it & the en-suite were immaculate (fab shower) Excellent breakfast of Fruit, Cereals, Yogurts, Muffins Tea, Coffee & Juice. Karl made us feel very welcome & he has done a great job renovating & decorating this house & he offers accommodation that is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

"A really nice place to stay."

Karl was very helpful ,pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. The accommodation was quiet and generally comfortable and accurately described.

My wife is over 6' tall , the beds were too short for her. No problem for a 5'9" dwarf like me !

"A perfect place to stay in Liverpool"

The property is beautiful, and our room was huge! Much bigger than we expected. Good, hot shower and comfy bed to boot! Karl is an excellent host who was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

"Decent stay for the price, met our expectations."

Good buffet choice of cereals and other items. Bonus of the assorted berries in the fridge. Room was large for our 1 night stay. Ensuite clean and worked as expected. Local Merseyrail station within walking distance for train into central Liverpool. Kitchenette available for making own tea/coffee, milk (not UHT) provided in fridge.

No parking at property itself, parked on local road adjacent which was quiet and not busy so adequate.

"An excellent top notch accommodation!"

The property is extremely clean and fresh. Room was spacious and comfortable! Beautifully finished rooms and the wee touches of the utility room with everything you might need for a snack or refreshments made the visit special. The host Karl was excellent and knowledgeable about the area , buses and recommended great eateries! Friendly and welcoming !
