Victorian Renovation Room 6

The property was well situated and was of excellent standard. Very clean and the ambience was exceptional . Would highly recommend this Victorian property to all travellers.

This place is much nicer than the photos show. It’s been renovated to perfection. The beds were so comfy we wanted to take them with us. Most of all we loved Tracey our host. We were very tired and she was very tolerant. We unanimously voted it a 10.

The link from Bookings.com takes you to the wrong street but we soon realised.

Beautifully renovated Victorian property in fairly quiet and green area of Liverpool with good public transport links to city centre. Our room was on top floor with a nice view of Liverpool towers and Dockland. Designed with great taste, plenty of charging points, lights in right places, fast internet connection, comfortable beds and bathroom.

The property was immaculately clean and kept to a really hight standard. Our room was large and furnished beautifully. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. The breakfast was basic, however that suited us perfectly. The fruit was lovely and fresh, and the coffee and juice were great quality too. It was a relaxed and inviting atmosphere in the dining area and we were comfortable enough to help ourselves. Karl was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome :)

On street parking on the street next to the B&B and I didn't feel that the car was safe.

Karl, the owner and host has done a beautiful renovation of this lovely property. Our room, Number 6, was exactly as described in the booking. A large beautifully decorated room with a comfortable bed and an En suite shower room. A continental breakfast of cereals, yoghurt and fresh fruits with juice and coffee was all available in the dining room where you could help yourself. Karl offered lots of information on the area and directed us to the best restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay here and look forward to returning when we visit our friends again.
