Karl could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The location was a little tricks to find. After phoning Karl he came out to ensure I found the précise location. The facilites were excellent and exceptionally clean. There was even a small kitchens for guests. Connections to public transport are excellent.

As the football match was moved I needed to adjust my dates but Karl was full for the following day!!

Exceptionally clean, Karl was very helpful, taking our luggage to and from the top floor. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were good.

Firstly, the house and rooms are top class. Sparking clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, a really home from home feel with fresh fruit, cereals, and yoghurts laid out each morning for breakfast. There is also a kitchen which residents can use at their leisure - to be able to make myself an evening cup of tea was a real bonus! The owner Karl went over and above to help us with invaluable advice on places to go, to eat, and the easiest routes for travel to places you wish to visit. Victorian Renovation is a real gem, and we will be returning in the future ✨️

I have just returned from a one night stay at this excellent guest house. The owner Karl has done an excellent job in decorating this house. The whole house is spotlessly clean and warm and has excellent facilities. Breakfast was awesome too with fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurt. I will definitely return in the future.

The room was so spacious and very clean! The host was absolutely lovely and very helpful! Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again such a lovely house :)
