Beautiful property good location to anfield and Liverpool centre Karl was a great host giving recommendations for places to eat and drink , property was exceptionally clean lovely comfortable bed and adequate size room lovely breakfast added bonus of being able to park car on the drive would definitely return

Continental breakfast great, Karl explained how to use the coffee machine and where everything was kept There is also a small kitchen on the first floor for making tea and coffee etc. The surrounding area has good bus routes to get into the city centre which means we can leave the car at the property and be in the city in 15-20 minutes, There is private parking in front of the property, so no worry about where to park your car.

Property was very clean good size rooms host was very friendly & helpful would recommend to stay at this place ticked the boxes what we wanted

A little bit tricky to find coming by car, but we got there!

The host is absolutely delightful and ensured that we had a lovely stay, thank you Karl! The breakfast was also very good.

Location and attention to detail.

Karl, the host, was friendly and so helpful. He really went out of his way to make his guests comfortable. The rooms are beautiful. They retain their original charm but also feature modern amenities. No lift, but Karl readily volunteered to carry luggage up and down the stairs. Breakfast was delightful, with place settings for each guest in residence.

There is an identical address not far off, and I found that taxi drivers were uniformly ignorant about the fact that there were two addresses, even when informed of the correct one at the beginning of the ride. It was a bit farther from the City Centre than I had hoped, but there were multiple bus stops nearby. There is no refrigerator unique to each room but a shared one near the ground floor -- I found this slightly inconvenient, since I had to be decent when slipping out for something, but I adjusted.
