Nice comfy bed, good shower, locally themed decor, air con and heating available.

really appreciated the skylight, air conditioning, and television, and the experience was like a hotel room, with checking in and out being very straightforward. location was a comfortable ~40 min walk from places we wanted to go to (city centre, seafront, and around those areas) and conveniently near a tesco. paul was communicative and was kind enough to let us check in early which improved our trip experience significantly.

in absolute terms the price is high for a student holiday, but is competitive in brighton and we thought it was worth it in terms of facilities and location.

Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel, ruhig und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Paul war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns im Vorhinein viele nützliche Infos und Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben, so dass wir Brighton und Umgebung optimal erkunden konnten.

Très bon logement (aménagement d’un garage en studio), quartier calme, belle décoration et quelques attentions gourmandes très sympa. Le propriétaire est également très attentionné et donne des conseils. C’était un plaisir de venir dans ce lieu! Je recommande !

The accommodation was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. The facilities were great and the communication with the hosts was always helpful and quick to respond. I have stayed at this accommodation a few times before and is always the first place I look for availability to stay when I need to be in the area
