"Great value, clever design, perfect hosts"

The property is a very clever design - a simple footprint that's been so well designed to provide a really compact but very useable space. It was honestly perfect for a place to crash and I visited the AMEX whilst there. The owners communications were impeccable and I was really pleasantly surprised by the whole stay. Totally recommend for a simple stop-over for business or pleasure. Its a 20 min walk to the centre and felt a very safe area.

"Small, but beautifully formed"

Great comms from the host, easy access, parking etc. The accommodation is compact, but clean and comfy. Coffee, tea, biscuits, mini-fridge, tv. Great shower.

Paul and Fed were excellent. Very helpful with my early check in and helped with parking. Room was very clean. Comfy bed, good shower, what's not to like

Great stay over. Beautifully decorated and everything you need. Great telly and super comfy bed, great shower too! The keys were a bit tricky but persevere they do work! Didn’t meet the owners but they were very communicative over text and I loved the private entrance!

"Perfect getaway for a few days"

Perfect set up for a few days away. Free parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton, good bus links too. Host was friendly and attentive
