Great little space- very inventive. Everything so clean, organised and well equipped. Cannot fault it on any level as it suited our needs perfectly for a one night stop over. Added bonus of on street parking

Nothing to comment on. Wasn't in Brighton long enough to explore the surroundings of this location, and after a busy day helping family move house we didn't feel up to walking into town so got an uber that was very reasonable

Perfect location and transport links to explore Brighton. The host was helpful and friendly, he suggested several places to visit and made suggestions for places to eat. The property was clean and well maintained. The free parking was also a bonus.

The walls around the bathroom area do not go all the way up to the ceiling which might cause a problem if you get embarrassed hearing your partner on the loo.

All positive comments in reviews are true. Lovely, clean, welcoming unit. Small but everything needed. Well planned by extremely helpful hosts. Who give privacy, but there if you need them. Free parking just outside and in an area that felt safe, well kept and a lot within a short distance which we found useful. 24hr Tesco, nice pub, takeaways, lovely park. 10 minutes walk another pub and supermarket. Bus stop, 27, into Brighton close by; on the same side as The Dyke pub. We walked into Hove by turning right at the end of Kestrel Close kept walking downhill, turned left at ‘The Drive’ sign and continued to walk until we reached the sea. Took about 15-20 minutes. We turned right and walked to the end of Hove seafront. Money has and is being spent here for impressive improvements; we loved its calm. We then walked back and into Brighton. Easy to get a bus or taxi along the front, if preferred. Vibrant and atmospheric. We liked that too. We enjoyed the shopping area and the lanes. Brighton combined with Hove has something for everyone. By this time we’d done 25,000 steps and didn’t fancy the uphill walk back. We walked from Sea Life on the front up into the shopping area, Castle Square, past the small clock tower and found a number 27 bus stop on the left heading for Westdene. We got off at Dyke Tavern bus stop. We’ll definitely return.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Paul was really accomadating by supporting us to check in early which helped with our plans. The suite was cozy but fine for a 1 night stay. Especially if you're out exploring most of the time. Comfy bed, lovely shower room and the air con was ideal on a very hot day. Tea/coffee/fridge/WiFi/Netflix also plus points.

Parking was not quite as described due to some local road works but the hosts found a solution. Only 1 tiny negative is sticks instead of spoons for making tea. Almost impossible to squeeze a tea bad effectively without burning yourself.

The owner responds quickly and is very flexible and accommodating. It’s very convenient—less than a 10-minute drive to the town centre. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and tea, coffee, and bottled water were thoughtfully provided.

The parking space in front of the house was always full, so we had to use paid street parking a short distance away. It’s not a problem if you’re only parking overnight. One note for couples: the upper part of the bathroom is open and connected to the bedroom, so sounds from the toilet can be heard clearly, which might feel a bit awkward.

Good location. Easy close-by bus into town. Great pub minutes away. Cozy and compact accommodation but quite adequate and very clean. Comfy bed, nice bathroom with wonderful shower. Great and easy communication with the owner who was most helpful. Stayed four nights visiting from Calgary, Canada. Would recommend for clean, quite stay.
