A hidden gem of a place with no exception. Loved it, pure class all the way. Trevor was an excellent and quite simply the best host and proprietor, he phoned me beforehand to introduce himself and even offered us an earlier check in order to attend the wedding we were going to in the Ripponden area. Upon arrival he was so welcoming and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Trevor is so friendly, easy going and approachable, and so so helpful, the perfect host. The guest house was beautiful and spotless. Our accomodation was personalised and comfortable, with every comfort provided and thought of: it was classy and five star all the way. It was like staying in a top boutique hotel. I loved the decor, with a steampunk vibe. The breakfast was superb, with a lovely selection and choice. Loved the one of a kind breakfast trifle and Yorkshire pudding🤌🏼 Trevor's over the bridge guest house is outstanding, unique, and a wonderful place to stay, a gem and he goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is exceptional in every way and will without a doubt be back. Looking forward to it already. Next time I will have a drink or three in the old pub nearby at Trevor's recommendation. We loved Dexter! Thank you for having us, and for the welcome we received. The room was just lovely all amenities we had a loo with a view 😊 The breakfast provided plenty of choice and was excellent.

A lovely welcome from the host, providing us with information about walks in the area and showing us to our beautiful room. Breakfast was superb too. Highly recommend.
