"Shameful customer service for foreigners"

Being ignored by the staff

Very unfriendly. We arrived (with booking confirmation; obviously without an Indian passport) and wanted to go to reception. After waiting for a while, the receptionist looked at us and shook his head. They don't take foreigners. And left. Without explanation, apology, compensation or replacement hotel. Later, 2 English people arrived and the exact same thing happened to them. Hotel is absolutely not recommended. Very poor customer service and extremely rude receptionist.

Nice big rooms, squeaky clean bathroom stuff very friendly and helpful. The stay was amazing. The hospitality was great. Overall we had a very satisfying stay.
