Super Hotel O Samne Ghat

Nothing really as the host messed up with our booking and we had to search around Varanasi for four rooms at 11 pm !! Lots of mosquitos in caretaker room who was absolutely unhelpful.

Booking was confirmed via booking.com Messages to property are handled by central OYO team, who initially asked to make part payment but when asked how to make payment suggested to do at property on arrival!! No direct number of property available Very stressful experience

Does not have room service Provided dirty bedsheet The door lock is not properly functional Rooms are not adequately ventilated The outlet of the next room's bathroom's ventilator is coming to one of our bathrooms which is a totally nonsense design!! Overall super irritated with the living experience! Never going to book through Booking.com, unless I get 50% refund

Everything was worst. It’s an old property will seepage everywhere. No staff at all. One one person was at the entrance during our checkin but he too was not seen the whole day. Breakfast was included in my booking but no trace of it and the only person on the property is clueless. Dont go by the reviews online.. they are all made up and fake ones. Worst experience.. pls avoid this property

I booked this hotel but when we got to Varanisi I was unable to locate it... Multiple calls to the phone number in the booking was a waste of time because the call went to the Super O service desk who refused to connect me directly to the hotel as I didnt have a Super O booking number. I ended up having to walk into a different hotel and ask for a room.

it's is too far from the main ghats of kashi. no kitchen service in property.
