The staff are well trained and always go out of their way to make one feel safe and at home. Security, friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness are their hallmark features.

It's value for money. But the location is in very tiny road.

We booked the hotel on the booking website. When we arrived at the address that appeared on the booking page, it was wrong according to the man who worked at the hotel. he said this hotel is only for indians and this hotel is not international. We were on some remote street in the back yard of the hotel, it started to scare me. We waited 30 minutes for something and suddenly some man rides a scooter and goes to direct us to another hotel. The "hotel" was not the same as in the pictures and was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was not the same as when booking. There was no wifi. toilet paper, dirty, no towels, no air conditioning, bugs. The name of the hotel was different from what we were directed to. The "owner" of the hotel had no money back and greedily charged the same price..outrageous service and lying. We stayed one night and left in the morning.
