Lorenzo's accommodation is excellent. The apartment is spacious, tidy and close to the center. The beds are excellent, you sleep well and you don't hear any city noise. It has two rooms, two bathrooms and a living room. Big and beautiful. It has a private garage, so you don't have to worry about park space, that means a lot in Palermo. All recommendations for this accommodation.

Very nice & comfortable, extremely large apartment with car space & lift. Was pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was, had 2 bathrooms & 2 separate bedrooms, large lounge room & a large kitchen with dining room. Air conditioning works well. Host was extremely nice & met us for check in & check out, she was very patient when we ran late due to a delayed flight, such a lovely kind lady. She left us a large cold bottle of water too.

Everything was perfect,huge flat, easy communication, in 15min we were at theater massive with all its nightlife We chose the flat because of the parking lot in the garage,since the other flats in palermo write they have a parking lot - but actually mean you can park on the streets,but it's really difficult to find free ones.

Great place to stay in Palermo. About 20 min walk to centre. Big rooms, good kitchen and nice to have a washing machine. Most importantly, there is a garage (entry is a bit small but not a problem if you go slowly). Local shops & restaurant very good. Bakery on the corner.

The host was very sweet and helpful. She spoke perfect English and was there with her son to greet us on the street and let us into the underground parking garage and into the apartment. She showed us around and answered any questions we had. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for a family. It has two large enclosed decks and both bathrooms were equally large with wonderful showers. One of the bathrooms was newly remodeled. The apartment is beautifully furnished and we were grateful for the private parking. Perfect for a family or two couples traveling together.

We drove in at night and it was a little hard for us to find at first but the gracious host was communicating with us by phone and helped guide us to the parking gate. I would recommend arriving in daylight to make it easier.

We stayed as a family of four for two nights, children are 14 and 11 years. The apartment is large and comfortable, the double beds are large and with a firm comfortable mattress. The apartment is very quiet at night, in spite of being located in a busy and noisy neighbourhood, I think they have double glazed windows. The underground parking space is great if you have a car, it is a bit tight to get in to the car park but we managed it. We did not cook meals, but it seemed to be possible to do this with a hob and oven and all amenities provided. We walked for 10-15 minutes to get to the Palazzo Reale and tourist historic centre of Palermo, it is an excellent location for the apartment.

The neighbourhood is busy and chaotic with narrow streets, driving here is a challenge and the car park is very tight to access.

All declared facilities were available. Very comfortable and spacious. Parking was essential and was the main reason for choosing this apartment

A bit dated and old fashioned; quirky! Very rundown area with ten minute walk to the better maintained areas of Palermo. Nevertheless very convenient. To feel safe it is best not to walk back at night. Taking a taxi back is the sensible option except unfortunately you will be at the mercy of taxi drivers who do not want to use a meter and grossly overcharge! Beware - you will be asked for a 50 euro deposit for keys and garage fob. We had no cash and were left to trust. The deposit requirement should be declared in the Booking.com information from the hosts.

Comfortable, homely apartment. Plenty of space and flexibility. Hosts were such lovely people. Nothing was a problem. Great washing machine and drying facilities. Lounge very homely and comfortable. Nicely renovated bathroom. Access via lift. Car parking under building was a bonus. Even though the area looked a bit more run down, felt very safe and the veg market and bakery on the corner are so good!

Could hear the people moving around in apartment upstairs. Wasn’t too bad, just certain times in the evening and first thing in morning.
