Large apartment with everything you need for a nice stay in Palermo. There's a private parking, which was important for me as I was renting a car. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

The nicely renovated apartment was very clean, spacious, and quiet. Rina, our host was wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She had thought of everything her guests might need. The location is great for many of the major attractions. The neighborhood is the real (gritty, messy) Palermo. Fantastic fruit stand and incredible bakery steps away from the apartment. We never felt threatened even walking at night. In fact, we encountered only friendly helpful people. The building is a bit run down but once you're in the apartment you have your own peaceful retreat from fascinating but chaotic Palermo.

The appartment is very, very clean, remodelled and convenient. Kitchen has everything you can imagine for cooking, if you wish. The owner was exceptionally nice and helpful with a very early flight back. The owner took us in her own car (with moderate fee) at 6,30 AM to the bus going to airport. This was a great help for us. The area around is not a tourist area, but local, safe, with local prices for snacks, espresso and sweats!!! Don't expect spottless street but you get an ambience of real life in Palermo. You can buy fresh fruits and vegetables (even cooked, hot potatos) just outside of the appartment. We took bus 124 to go to the center or walked. No problem and we both liked the scenery of our area as in old movies. People in our area, and not only here, were very helpful with directions and our questions how to get to some places. All people, old and young. Italians we met during 4 days stay were genuine in their will to help 2 tourists not speaking Italian. Everywhere, on the bus and in the city. Castello della Zisa is near the appartment. Charming place!!!

I loved this place. The property is just amazing, spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and I really really close to the city centre. They did renovations, and everything is brand new and beautiful. I was a little bit skeptical, because they are new in booking, but my hosts Lorenzo and Rina were the best, super kind and friendly. They even wait for me with an Italian coffee and some cookies. You can notice straight away how much love they put into this, so please, make yourself a favor and book with them!

Absolutely nothing bad! (you have to pay a deposit once you arrive but no stress really, is just a formality)
