The host is very friendly and helpful. There is a free parking in the underground car park. The apartment is spacious and has a nice furniture. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The bed is very confortable.

This is a huge apartment on a high floor. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing your own meals, with some products like milk and eggs already present (some for charge, like a hotel minibar). We found it comfortable enough, and the A/c in the room worked perfectly. The host, Lorenzo, was also helpful and communicative. He greeted us upon our arrival and introduced us to the property. The apartment is well-located, being a ~20 minute walk to historic center.

The hot water in the apartment was inconsistent.

Neighbor kids are not very friendly. They don't like strangers finding which door bell to push at the door(which I get in a way)

It is a spacious apartment not far away from the center. (15-20 minutes) The landlady was very helpful and really polite. The neighborhood has a typical Palermo vibe. Although the streets around the building are a bit desolate after a certain hour, we felt safe and did not have any problems. The building is a bit worn-out but if you are travelling by car, with its spacious parking area, you should consider this option.

A very large appartment with everything you need; a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and spacious and comfortable beds. The neighbourhood may not seem the best on first sight, but we only had great experiences with very kind people! Easy contact via whatsapp. Run by mother and son. We only met the mother; she is a warm and welcoming person.

Large apartment with everything you need for a nice stay in Palermo. There's a private parking, which was important for me as I was renting a car. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
