Superb Studio Flats in City Centre

Tuve un vuelo de Bs as a Londres con una escala que era de 10 hs y se convirtió en 26 hs de escala en Mexico , desde Mexico envié un mail para ver si podía entrar a las 1pm ya que 11:30 bajaba en Londres , llegue y nunca me contestó nadie, espere hasta las 4pm dando vueltas con las valijas y todo el cansancio y decidí llamar a booking.com porque nunca me había enviado las instrucciones del check inn y nunca las envío ! A todo esto Booking.com me ofrece opciones y ya eran las 11 pm , llovía, hacía frío y yo en la calle, y cuales eran las opciones , hoteles de £900 y la verdad me pareció una cargada, vine con lo justo porque salió todo de improvisto y sinceramente vine con el dinero justo para el alojamiento y pasar la semana, menos mal que explicándole a uno de los alojamientos que me pasaron una chica me pasa una dirección de un lugar que rentaban habitaciones, y la chica con toda la desconfianza que no es para menos a la 1 de la mañana me dejo entrar ! Y ahí pase la semana, hoy tengo que volver a pagar otra semana y este chico que su celular por el que se comunicó que no es el que figura en Booking.com me pide disculpas a los dos días porque dice que tuvo problemas , todavía estoy esperando que me devuelva el segundo depósito que cobra, porque te cobra 1 por booking.com y otro más de £100 por intermedio de otra página, yo no veo que tengo que esperar porque ni siquiera llegue al lugar , no entiendo que tiempo necesita para ver que este todo si yo nunca ocupé el lugar! Y los de booking que no digo que son todos pero la mayoría no saben ni lo que tienen que decir o hacer y encima te mienten porque Booking.com te tiene que reubicar y hacerse cargo de la diferencia pero una de las chicas me dijo que solo se hace cargo de 54 libras en cambio otro de lis chicos me dijo que tiene que cubrir todo el total de la diferencia,

***AVOID-SCAM****Bathroom and kitchen area were dirty. Windows had broken handles so wouldn’t open. Front door lock missing so door to building could be opened by anyone. A £100 deposit has to be paid before you can get details of the property but it is hard to get the “deposit” back. After 3 weeks I am still waiting and just get told ok when they actually reply to my messages *** AVOID***

The location is good and the aminities in the flat are okay and fuctional

The flat was unkempt bed was not properly made,dirty towels,utensils not cleaned.Broken electrical socket The front door does not lock thus not secured.I had to hover the dirty room my self.All effort to call the property proved abotive and the didn't respond to my text message.

The check-in instructions stated that I should open the front door using a code; however, there was no keypad or code lock installed. The floor was filthy and sticky throughout the property. The clothes rail was falling out of the wall on one side and could not be used properly. The TV was not working, and there was no Wi-Fi available as advertised. One of the two towels provided had an unpleasant odor. The toilet seat was loose on one side and not properly secured. In addition, the bathroom ceiling was moldy, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I've messaged to hosts an hour after arrival and still ( after a week) no answer. Overall, the condition of the property fell well below a reasonable standard of cleanliness and maintenance, and did not match the expectations created by the listing. I am therefore requesting appropriate compensation for the issues encountered during my stay.

Logistically the location was ideal for the stadium and the city centre.

The fact that our taxi driver told us to be careful as it is a dangerous area was the first red flag! The front door did not have a lock so anyone could enter the building. There were piles of unread post on the stairs, official looking post. The lino on the stairs was hanging loose, causing a dangerous trip hazards. In the room, the bed was broken, window openings broken. The door handles were broken and it looked like someone had booted the door. The shower, although working, had to be held as the rubber seal was broken. No remote for the tv so we couldn’t use that. The license that is on the wall in the entrance is 15 years out of date. I did look it up and the property is licensed as bedsits, not for holiday stays.

Booked the property just to travel for 4 hours and the host not to answer. Had to stay on the street with my family
