"The stay was enjoyable apart from from the weather which included three thunderstorms."

Overall location was very good, unfortunately as one of us suffers with a bad back it made it difficult to go up and down the steps to the beach which of course we didn't know before booking.

Obviously the steps to the beach which was nothing do with the cottage itself. The only issue with the cottage was with the kitchen mat which sometimes slid when starting to walk on it.

This is the second time that I've stayed here this year, which must tell you something. Good location, very quiet. If it was much closer to the beach it would be on it! Excellent wi-fi signal. Shower very powerful with plenty of hot water. The chalet is well is well equipped and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended.

"Really nice property and good value."

Kitchen well equipped. Very clean property with some outside space. Owner very friendly and it was a quiet location.

Heating was difficult to operate. Could have done with some instructions. Kessingland a bit dull.

"Quiet location, short walk to the beach."

A very well appointed and clean chalet. Easy to find with the clear and concise guidance supplied by the host. Good on-site parking. Excellent internet. The 'welcome pack' was very much appreciated. Nice fish and chip nearby too.

Can't think of a thing.

The chalet was a good size, very well equipped and very nicely presented. The hosts were excellent at communicating and made sure we had detailed instructions on how to find the property on arrival. We messaged the hosts whilst there and received an almost immediate response.

Direct beach access wasn't possible for our wheelchair user due to the stairs and the large marshy area prior to the seafront. This is no reflection of the property or the hosts as this is beyond their control. Just something to be aware of if you're travelling with a wheelchair/pushchair.
