The beds and pillows. So nice, like sleeping on a cloud.

PARKING! I have a large passenger van that doesn't fit in parking structures. When I finally asked where to park it was a block AWAY. Also I had to pay for parking AND the key card gate wouldn't let me out

Seemed clean and nice at first.

Phones went down so shuttle never came to get us from dinner so we had to walk back. Not necessarily their fault but also not particularly great. Air conditioner didn't work in our room, and according to staff, the entire place was so old there were constant complaints. There was an air conditioner helper machine in the lobby. They booked us in the 10th floor. Good spot for people in an EMPTY hotel with no AC! We heard a lady complaining at the desk about billing issue, and she was staff at another of their hotels! When I talked to morning mgmt,Tia, about all of the things that we were not happy with, she was sharp and rude in the company of her employees, (who were the only people who were apologizetic) and ended up being the head of HR! I wrote a review after being offered no resolve whatsoever. Mind you, they set up a huge breakfast buffet for maybe 10 people that day, and were charging $18 a person. Then they contacted me via text and said they would share my issues with upper mgmt and have them call me. It's been 9 days. My family and I are all in customer service and couldn't believe the treatment we received. That hotel will not last. You cannot make money in an, old failing establishment without being exceptionally graceful and hospitable! POOR FORM!

Close to the event I was here for

Outdated. Door to stairs near our room was propped open and damaged. Elevators were very slow. Eggs one morning were really gross.

It was less than 10 minutes from downtown and old market.

Very dated - it is in need of some TLC. There’s mold in showers, water stains, the AC never really gets cold, when others on your floor leave their rooms- doors slam loudly.

Location to the ball park

Housekeeping , we were there for six nights and had to ask for towels and housekeeping 4 out of the six nights. We paid a lot to stay there. We will not stay there next year. We have been coming to the games for 6 years and this was the worst.

Parking was convenient, Hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

There wasn't a mini fridge in the room. There wasn't enough coffee for 2 people so we didn't even use it.
