The extremely kind staff, they were pleasant and friendly, fun to visit with.

Disappointed about no hot tub. The pool wasn’t warm enough and the pool room was very cold. The front desk staff told me that they were working on it, needed new parts etc that were ordered so I understand that.

No hot water and no one from the property has reached out about it.

Booked this based on filtering by hotel with breakfast included. It was NOT. $18 per person instead, for a subpar breakfast. Just your standard eggs, sausage, pancakes type deal. This was the first bit of disappointing news. Second was checking in AFTER having paid via booking.com, the receptionist had me pay again, fee plus incidentals. I questioned it and showed my credit card statement. She just said she’d call about an expedited refund, which she did (7-10 business days!), in the meantime locking up those funds on my card. Finally, only was told there was parking, no mention of fees, turns out every time you leave and come back, you pay $10! In the room, heat didn’t work. Toilet was shaky, grout coming loose around the bowl, bath drain didn’t work, no real hot water, barely lukewarm. Also we are out of 18 floors in the SAME floor as a large group of young girls who throughout the night ran up and down the hall 9-10 times screaming each time. We mentioned it to receptionist, nothing was done. Continued till approx 10.30 pm. At 5.30 am the next day, after we barely slept, freezing, I asked for a new room. Super dismissive, asked if I was ready to move, I said I’d need 30 mins to 1 hour to collect all my stuff and move it, so I was told to just “come back when ready instead of being there now”. I go back to my room, my husband goes down to switch. We got a new room on the 18th floor. That room was good, even had a fridge which the initial one didn’t. Slept good/warm that night. We checked out, still no refund, no real apology, nothing. We then on the way home get a check out receipt and what was $220.99 on booking turned out $320, $60 was the downstairs restaurant, but other was difference of rate and $40 parking. At this point, I will NEVER stay there again. Makes me sad because this was a return visit. First time was amazing, this time a failure from beginning to end, without ZERO desire to fix it. Not even a complimentary breakfast was offered, nothing!

The customer service was beyond great! Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for us and was easily accessible from the interstate.

There was an issue with the elevators being out of service for a brief amount of time. We were staying on the 17th floor. We were patient and the hotel staff were extremely apologetic. This would not keep us from going back.
