Pillows were comfortable and location was great.

Room not very clean. Description of room said it had a coffee maker and there was none, we ask room service for one and never brought it. Pool water looked oily and it wasn't attractive.

Water problems. Tub wouldn’t drain for me. Had to shower in dirty water. My friends other room sink wouldn’t drain as well. They had theirs fixed but it did it day 2 as well.

Two phantom charges of $50 that no one can explain. I’ve talked with customer service and my bank, but no explanations. Just screwed by Hilton. I will never stay again so I KNOW this INJUSTICE won’t ever happen to me again.
