The quaintness, conversion of an old building, location

It's always nice to come into contact with a real person at some point but I understand (I think) efficiency reasons for there not being someone there in person.

Great place to stay!

The location is in downtown Oak bluff everything is at your door steps.

Everything, I had to cancel the stay but was charged the full amount. Second, I have requested a receipt for the cancelled stay of $364 via the Bookings messaging board, email and have left multiple VM at the motel number posted on the Bookings site and zero response for 3 weeks.

Toilet seat was broken/loose. Reserved a first floor accessible room, got a second floor small room. The Open Key app is inconvenient. Can't meet with any staff upon arrival.

If you seek desolation in the dead of winter on Martha's Vineyard then Oak Bluffs is your destination.

The location was excellent for waking to all areas in Oak Bluffs. I loved the quaint and limited number of bedrooms. I also loved the fresh smell of all of the linen!

I didn’t like that the street light seemed to come streaming through around 4am in my room. It seemed like it came on suddenly but wasn’t on previously.
