Property is clean, great drinks area and water tap. Staff was helpful and communicated well.

Felt like it would've been nice to have a place to eat when we wanted to eat inside instead of our room. Some painting part of the ceiling was stained, the bathroom was the vibe of a hospital, taps were a bit fidgety and one of the lamps was not working.

Location

Rooms too hot, only way to cool them down is to open a window or door. (2 different rooms) Nowhere to sit in rooms (2 different rooms) No directions on the use of cable, or channels available No desk in lobby to sit and work. Key system cumbersome. Receptionist that answers for Morgan Hotel, answers for a bunch of hotels. At least one of which was difficult to deal with.

The staff and location were awesome!

Everything was great!

There was no staff available. 24 coffee bar was available. Location was easy to get to via the island bus system.

It would have been nice to have a chair and maybe a “small” table in the room.

It’s was a cozy little spot right in the heart of town.

The heat didn’t work the first night. But the staff was great at getting it fixed quickly for the rest of our stay.
