Great location, beautiful hotel, comfortable

We didn’t like the app open key. It didn’t work for us and we had difficulty getting in. Not recommended to use apps for guests over 50 who are not technologically savvy.

Fantastic location in Oak Bluffs, with lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Our bed was super-comfy although the room itself was only slightly larger than the bed! Everywhere in the hotel was neat and clean.

Parking in Oaks Bluff is a bit of a nightmare - best place is on the seafront. Our bathroom was small. Because the place is unmanned, there is a novel entry system whereby you have to download an app, and you will be sent a code on the day of your stay which will allow your phone to open the doors by bluetooth. Consequently we received a LOT of messages beforehand with instructions about this which was a drag, but in fairness it did work well.

Clean property. Perfect location

During the summer the price would be very expensive

Boutique style great location loved coffee machine and lobby - comfy bed too

Digital key was difficult to work at first would have preferred a friendly face to welcome us

the garbage men slaming trash cans into our walls at 7am on a holiday.

Room with patio was good. Great location.

Air conditioning didn’t work well.
