Ice in the freezer .

Shower leaked like a sieve right through the caravan, massive split in shower cubicle. Caravan smelled mouldy, the caravan stunk of bleach , we could not go in untill the smell disappeared after opening all windows, no toilet brush . No welcome note with wifi or contact numbers .

"Cheap stay nice location"

Property is run down and does need some TLC, one sofa felt like it was actually going to break when we sat on it. The owner was very good at communicating, always got back to us very fast and was very helpful. It was a cheap price so can only go off price, can’t really moan too much about the property. Great location and had plenty to do onsite, we just happened to have terrible weather so couldn’t do anything. We did use the ons site indoor poor, that does really need a good clean, was a bit disappointed with that. But that’s nothing to do with the owner that’s the site that need to sort that out. Not much signal and Wi-Fi which was an issue for us as we have a severely autistic child that’s used to watching certain shows at certain times.

The caravan was not to a clean standard it had a terrible smell and spent the first day driving to Newton Stewart to get candles and cleaning products and odour sprays! There was a sock, condom, cbd vape wrapper and other items left lying about! When opening the cupboard doors everything inside fell out total mess! Bath room towel with toothpaste all over it clearly used! The cutlery was also dirty! Large screws on floor not ideal especially when kids were there! Smashed plate on slab decking total hazard! Also dvd player didn’t work! The caravan was left cleaner when we left!

The park was amazing. So much to do. Van was spacious and comfortable.

Couldn't use the dvd player when WiFi was down but wasn't much of an issue.

location was great, nice and secluded, occasionally some other caravans playing extremely loud techno but the caravan itself was lovely, near a stunning loch and the dogs had a wonderful stay.
