It was such a lovely stay and perfectly located right in the city center. Everything was clean, safe, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved having the terrace with the bathtub—it was perfect for cooling off during the day. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms, and it truly felt like a little home away from home.

I have nothing negative to say about our stay—it was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Absolut zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig- und dies mitten in Palermo. Das Zimmer und die öffentlichen Räume sind äusserst stilvoll und ästhetisch gestaltet und eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber (Roberta+ Familie 🥰und die Ansprechperson vor Ort( Jessica🥰)sind total sympathisch, freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Die Terrasse mit der privaten Jacuzzibadewanne war absolut fantastisch! Gerade in den heissen Sommermonaten bietet dieses Extra eine wunderbare Möglichkeit, sich nach den spannenden Erkundungstouren zu erfrischen und auszuruhen! Jederzeit wieder!Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Jessica, die housekeeperin, ist eine Perle mit großem Herzen. Ruhige Lage mitten in Palermo. Feines Bett und Bad. Klare Empfehlung.

Het dakterras is een prachtige plek met mooi uitzicht over de stad. 10/10 Jessica heeft ons fantastisch welkom geheten, heel fijne vrouw! De gezamenlijke ruimte is erg gezellig. Je kunt er lekker een koffietje maken en drinkwater uit de kraan tappen (ook heel erg chill).

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay with Roberta! The apartment is stunning and feels so homey with a lovely vibe. The location was perfect and it was surprising very quiet at night. We dealt with Jessica a lot (the wonderful cleaner) and you honestly couldn’t meet a nicer more accomodating person. She made our stay. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect! Within a short walk of the busy hustle and bustle and close to the food markets, but tucked away in a little off street corner that was very quiet. Bonus was a gorgeous little gelato restaurant outside the apartment. Our room was tastfully decorated and spacious, with a sweet little balcony over looking the street. The communal terrace was stunning and felt like a little oasis. Our host could not have been more helpful, and Jessica what a star! Also want to highlight how good the air conditioning was, as it was very much needed!

Great location in the historical centre but away from the main tourist thoroughfare and I loved the view over the Palermo rooftops. Beautiful shared terrace for evening drinks and cosy living room which would be comfortable to settle in with a book if the weather was bad. My bedroom was very quiet at night and special thanks to Jessica who hauled my rather heavy suitcase up and down several flights of stairs! The taxi driver recommended by the hotel was also excellent and I used him again for other trips and recommended him to friends. I feel lucky to have stayed here for my first visit to Palermo because it helped me fall in love with this fabulous city.

I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor with a great view and the private outdoor spa tub was an amazing way to relax after a day of walking and sightseeing .

Not a complaint really but the rooms on the top floor require a lot of stairs. Just something to note if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Best accomodation we’ve had on the trip so far! Location is very close to the main sites and restaurants, however, is in a quiet street so you are able to sleep well. The room and common spaces are all beautifully furnished. We loved having a wine or a coffee out on the terrace - it is such a nice space! The bedroom itself was actually larger than expected (advertised as 14sqm but it felt much more spacious!). Overall, we were very happy with this booking and would highly recommend to anyone staying in Palermo.

Only thing to note is the location on google maps is incorrect and is across the road from Belli Freschi Gelati e Granite Artigianali. This wasn’t a problem as the host is very responsive and helpful but hopefully the above information will save you a couple of minutes!
