Sui Tetti di Balarm Boutique Rooms

Good sized room in a small boutique residence in the heart of the old town. Common areas (lounge, kitchen) were well appointed. Our room had a large private balcony with a hot tub with a view over the local skyline. Bed was comfortable with quality linen. Good location for walking/sightseeing. This area of Palermo is in a restricted traffic zone so walking is easy and comfortable. Host Robi was communicative and provided plenty of suggestions for eating, drinking and sightseeing.

As is mentioned on their website, the building does not have an elevator, so you need to lug your bags up the stairs. Not a deal breaker for us, but not ideal. We would stay here again if ever in Palermo.

Perfect location in the heart of the historic centre. We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere. We enjoyed the terrace and the bathtub too. The terrace has the most beautiful rooftop views! Roberta was a fantastic host and Jessica (the cleaner) was wonderful throughout our stay. The accommodation makes you feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Palermo in the future. Would highly recommend.

Great location, beautifully renovated space. Good (bath)room. Common terrace is a great place to relax in the middle of busy Palermo. Communication with host is very good.

Quiet area, but window not completely soundproof.

Excellent location, close to the main sites and lots of restaurants and bars. Gorgeous interiors, terrace and comfortable room. Host was very accommodating and friendly, she provided lots of great tips and recommendations.
