Nice, spacious cottage in the quiet neighbourhood with a short walking distance to Aviemore. Enclosed garden ideal if you have a dog. Bathroom could do with a refit but apart from that we had everything we needed, cozy and warm property.

cottage was cold on arrival, but once log burner was going, nice and toasty 🔥

Lovely location in a quiet area of Aviemore. The co-op and takeaways are within a short walking distance. The house was warm, comfortable and well equipped. It has a nice spacious garden and on the last morning we saw a deer just beyond the garden fence in amongst the trees which was a lovely sight. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Although the property was neat and 'surface clean' it could do with a deeper clean. The blinds in the kitchen and the top of the extractor fan is greasy with built up dirt. The bath mat in the bathroom was soaking wet when we arrived and we ended up with wet socks. The door between the porch would also benefit from a latch as it wouldn't stay shut. This didn't spoil our stay though as we still had a lovely time.
