Modern top floor loft with balcony

That is the best place I have stayed in so far. It has personal touch and elegance. It is perfect for short and long term stay for a solo traveler like myself. I really like the spacious open air terrace and the windowed all over the place. It is equipped with literally anything you would think of needing - from umbrellas to weight scale. Not to mention fully equipped kitchen. And comfortable bed and pillows. I really can only complain that I do not live there permanently 😅 The area is good and I’m walking distance to everything too. Matteo, the owner , really did a great job. The check-in was flawless and Matteo met and greeted me at the building. I’m looking forward my next trip to Budapest and staying at this place.

Clean, comfortable, very spacious, kitchen has an abundance of utensils, lots of storage, lovely balcony, in short a perfect find!

Matteo was a friendly and welcoming host. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, in a quiet area that was close to trains and trams and walking distance to many areas of interest. We had a great meal at Matteo's nearby restaurant. Thanks for making our stay in Budapest easy and memorable!

Everything was perfect, the best apartment I ever stayed in. Everything is high quality, from the kitchen inventory to the towels, comfy couch, beautiful view, great bed, super clean, just exceptional, highly recommended. Will definitely come back. Great host.

This apartment is wonderful. Our very friendly host met us to give us a walkthrough of the place. It was so comfortable and modern. The finishing touches were excellent and we loved the style. Plus it felt very secure and had a patio on the top floor of the building. Plus it was 5 minutes walk from two subway stations and a tram line, so it was super easy to get around. We could live here comfortably and will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Budapest!

Owner Matteo was really friendly and helpful . The apartment is extremely beautiful and awesome, location is also good, easy access to downtown and public transport

The apartment is superb. Spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable with all the equipment you could possible need. Matteo is a fantastic host and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you need it to be. Communication is excellent and I highly recommend his restaurant ‘Oinos’ which is just around the corner. This is our second visit and we will definitely be returning. Location is ideal … within walking distance of shops, trams and Metro, but in a quiet street. Ideal.

Easily accessible location, surprisingly quiet area, premium tastefully furnished interior, comfortable bed and sofa, perfectly equipped dream kitchen, spacious shower cabin, impeccable cleanliness. --> Highly recommended. I met a very friendly and kind gentleman in the person of Matteo. (Unfortunately, I lost the key to the staircase. I felt very bad about it. Matteo took the news very well, he was relaxed and kind, he reassured me. He wouldn't let me reimburse the cost of the key. Incredible host.)

Very cozy and neat little flat. Comfortable with good WiFi and friendly host. This place is well thought-out with attention to detail and has everything one could need while visiting Budapest. The host’s bistro is also worth a visit for brunch or dinner.
