Modern top floor loft with balcony

Very nice and new top floor. Clean, modern and full equipped. Located 20-30’ by walk of every important place. Matteo was a really nice host.

Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by how exceptionally clean, modern, and well-presented it was. It truly felt like a home away from home from the moment we stepped inside. Every possible necessity was thoughtfully provided, from umbrellas to bathrobes, making our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. In addition to the fantastic amenities, Matteo, the host, was incredibly friendly and approachable. He was always available and willing to assist with anything we needed, adding an extra layer of warmth and hospitality to our experience. Overall, our stay at this apartment was nothing short of fantastic. The attention to detail in every aspect, from the cleanliness and modern decor to the thoughtful amenities, made it a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. We cannot thank Matteo enough for his kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in the area. With Matteo as the host, you can rest assured that you will be well taken care of during your time there. We are already looking forward to our next visit and the opportunity to stay in this wonderful apartment again.

This was the best accommodation that we stayed in during our Central Europe trip from Australia... Mateo the host met us at the front door on arrival. Mateo presented a wonderful apartment that looks better in person than in any of the photos. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is well appointed and has a wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed antipasto and red wine on the balcony every evening we were there. The apartment is in a good location, centrally to visiting what Budapest has to offer from the park to the river. Around the apartment is everything you need, including Oinos Wine Bar Bistrot, where we enjoyed a lovely brunch, and the following evening we enjoyed a delicious cheese platter with a complimentary prosecco... or two We spent 4 nights here and feel that we could have stayed longer, weeks maybe😊

Very nice looking appartment, close to multiple tram stops and a subway station. The appartment is super modern with a comfortable bed an clean and elegant shower as well as kitchen. The host is superfriendly and the instructions for the self check in were very clear. The videos showed everything what we needed to know.

Everything was great inside the loft, well stocked if you need to cook and spacious flat. Attention to detail A1! Transport was easy to get around city and close by also.

This is a wonderful top floor apartment which is modern,stylish, very well appointed and immaculately clean. There is WiFi, flat screen TV, Netflix, Spotify, air conditioning, electric blinds, sun screens and a balcony. Matteo the owner could not have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. We stayed for seven nights and it was honestly like a home from home. The location was about 10 minutes walk from the Ruin Bars and 15 minutes from the dead centre of town. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment as an excellent place to stay if you are thinking about visiting Budapest. We would definitely stay there again.
