"This is one of those places where you definitely want to return"

Perfect location! Very quiet neighbourhood but at the same time just a 1.5km away from city center. Also during our stay I never find a problem to park a car. Free spot always available within the block.

This was a great find! The apartment was clean, in a good location and had excellent air conditioning. Matteo was very helpful before arriving, advising on the best way to travel to the location from the airport.

Unfortunately we did not meet Matteo and entered his apartment without his presence. Ensure to report anything that you may think is broken straight away to avoid any issues.

"Amazing apartment with everything you need"

The apartment itself is amazing, quite spacious, everything was clean, modern and well equipped. The terrace is a great bonus and very beautiful too. Also, it was easy to get from the train station, the area has lots of supermarkets and shops nearby, as well as tram, bus and metro stations. The host was very helpful and friendly, communication with him was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend the place and would come back here once again.

"A brilliant apartment"

This is a brilliant apartment! The host, Matteo, was welcoming and friendly. He has renovated an older top floor space with considerable care and superb taste. The apartment is full of hi-tech gadgets, has a great view and is very comfortable. We absolutely loved staying there. The area is pretty convenient for public transport and there are small grocery stores within a couple of minutes walk At first sight, the area around does not look that appealing, but that’s Budapest! A slightly scruffy look. But the area is safe and we felt comfortable there. As other reviewers have noted, Matteo owns a restaurant in a nearby square. This is a great place to eat or drink - the menu is varied and the food excellent. All in all, an outstanding place to stay!

"Excellent apartment, very well equipped........very nice City break."

Location was a bit further away from the centre than Booking.com led us to believe in the property description!!

The location/area of the apartment is obviously now improving, with lots of works going on, but the area is still presently a bit run down!
