"Amazing made my birthday very special"

He food was amazing we ate at the cucina for 2 out of the 3 nights there which was amazing the food was next level and the staff were so amazing Julia on the first night and okta the second was so helpful in assisting us. The toya bar for the bbq dinner was so good, the staff made my birthday so special the whole stay was perfect.

The room lacked storage for clothes and suitcases we left a lot of our stuff in the suitcase and only got out the 3 day stuff. There were a number of issues with the room on arrival aircon had error warning safe had error but we reported it and it was sorted when we returned.

Beach area, Resort vibe, pool facilities

Breakfast arrangement could be more organized. Some days found a long queue at the entrance. Also the indoor doesn't have AC (Its an open plan, but would be good to have some AC, fans doesnt covel all the tables). Food was good, but it really need a good environment to enjoy them. Not all the people like to sit outdoors.

All of the staff we encountered were excellent. All friendly from check in to leaving hotel. All the wait staff were excellent. Our room was kept immaculate for us by room service. Love it all!

Good location, close to beach, staffs were super friendly and helpful.

The decoration was bit old style, lac of modern facilities like no usb C charger, you have to bring your own power transition head. Breakfast was ok, many varieties but qualifies weren’t great, like bread was old, pastries were not fresh, etc
