Very clean with modern finishes. The location is convenient BUT my pleasant stay was dampened by the fact that they take a damage deposit on check in which is payable immediately by cash or card but when you check out, you don’t get your deposit back!

The fact that after numerous calls and messages I still have not received my deposit back. It has been a week and still nothing!

The design, high quality finishes and the cleanliness was fantastic.

They change the towels out daily. Which sure, is nice but I specifically asked them not to. Cape Town has limited water supply, to change the towels out daily is just wasteful. There’s also a really nice coffee machine but they don’t supply beans for it. The scent in the apartment was a bit too much. They had too many varieties and it’s a small place, so you’d have to open all the windows to be able to not be overwhelmed with the intense smell from their room refreshers.

I loved it ,nice clean &fancy it’s a home away from home I’m coming back ,don’t worry about the deposit u will get it back

It’s a bit worrisome knowing that every items are expensive if one unintentionally break or damage something you will end up having unexpected expenses

Fantastic location, walking distance to the mall, extremely secure, beautifully decorated with special touches like the drinks and milk in our fridge added every day as well as daily cleaning! 100% recommend!!
