To be honest , our stay was not what we expected

The fact that they had to move us , the agent messaged me and said my son was the problem which was very disrespectful his only 2 years old and they won’t allow him in the apartment . They moved us to apartment we were not happy with because we never paid to stay at that place . They allowed us to use the facilities at the place we booked at only to see there are families with their kids and I asked are they booked in they said yes . I am very disappointed that this people denied our son to enjoy our stay with us . The shower of the place was leaking , we had to call for new towels everyday .

We need to have a safe just to have a relaxed mind when you leave valuables in the room

I loved that is had everything we needed and the extra touches are amazing. Keep it up I’m sure it will only get better.

The pillows were a bit hard for my liking - but that is a personal choice.

Buffet had a great Mediterranean and English selection

Apartment is perfect size fo vsingle or couple who just need a home base. Very clean. Very comfortable Bed and Shower. Amazing resident Gym with Pool Location is super century to get all over Western Cape and for Canal Walk Shopping Centre (200 meter walk away)
