Did not appreciate that the terms and conditions were hidden in the advert and that we had to pay a R2000 dep fee upon arrival no one told me about the deposit in all our chats, and the guy made it very clear that he will not leave until i have paid it and then upon check out i asked for the deposit back as stated in the hidden terms that refund of deposit is paid upon check out which did not happen as the office was closed? was told that we will receive it with 4-5 working days but i had to make a fuss to get it back the next day. They accommodation was very pleasant but the deposit experience not so great. and we only had one loose door key. with no tag to leave the the premises and the gate staff was not very friendly. Fezile was very friendly and helpfull.

Need to check before arrival on all utensils and appliances not when asked.

Very central and quick access to major routes, anywhere. Loved the speaker light in the bathroom. And the complimentary milk and soft drinks.

There were no knives to eat with.
