View was stunning, location perfect. Close to supermarket and beautiful beach. The host was very friendly and gives us a lovely welcome tour in the apartment. Lovely welcome gift from the host with local wine, soft drinks and sweets.

Nothing, everything was amazing, beautiful apartment, high quality

It is really the best view and well located with everything you need around. We enjoyed the equipment of the apartment, comfortable beds, 2 separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms, private garage and easy access to shops, restaurants, and bus stops nearby. Ideal for a family of 4. We also appreciated the starter pack - few tablets for washing machine and dishwasher, coffee, water etc. so you do not need to run to the shop right when you arrive.

Very well appointed. It had everything one needs. Excellent view and location.

The air conditioning was disabled and despite our request to activate, it wasn’t done. Due to this the rooms became very stuffy at night and not cool enough for comfort.

The apartment was very clean and cozy! The ocean view is amazing! We really enjoyed having dinners at the sunsets. Kitchen amenities are included. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, big living room - super cool place for a small group of ppl to chill. A/C is working, which will be perfect for hot summer. The staff is also nice and responds quite fast. Definitely recommend the place. It is located 10 min far from Funchal city center by car/taxi (bolt is super cheap), and 10 min walking from big supermarket. We saved the place if we ever come back to Madeira! 🖤

All was great

This apartment is truly a hidden gem! The location is superb: it's only a 10 minute drive from the city centre of Funchal, a 5 minute walk from the sea and there are many shops (supermarket, pharmacy, ...) nearby. The apartment itself is also fantastic: there are two large bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms (a toilet and a shower in each bathroom). There were only two of us, but there was a lot of room, so this could be ideal for a family too. There were also two terraces, which was lovely: we used one to eat and one to soak in the sunshine, since there were sunbeds available too. The wifi was great for streaming Netflix, Disney ... We also had the pleasure of being able to enjoy the outside pool.

There were only two minor downsides to this apartment. Firstly: since the apartment is located on a hill, the driveway to the garage is very steep. If you're not a confident driver, I do not recommend driving down to the garage. Secondly: there were no sunbeds by the exterior pool, which was a bit of a shame. It would have been lovely to soak up the sunshine there.

Well equipped apartment, privet parking place in garage, 5-10 minutes walk distance to local restaurant and shops 10-15 minutes walk to promenade and Farmosa beach where quite a lot cafe and restaurants, swimming pool nice area around with plenty different green plants, about view it's nice if you don't locking down balcony there construction has begun just sand area with few ruins but if you look overall everything was perfect definitely would come back again. Huge respect and big thanks to guy who was on our arrival and explained to us how everything works.

We were stranding infront of the property with nummer 281. The women with the Keys were waiting in a back entrsce. We Foundation her at the end.

Some dogs in another apartment was barking all day and nigth whenever it heard something.

The place was simply amazing, the view, the property, and the lovely private pool, we went for a swim a few times and no one was there except for us. the location is great too! very close to the beach in a less crowded area (not like Funchal centre). and stores etc. were close nearby so we didn't feel like anything was missing, the place has ac, two bathrooms (yay!) we had everything we needed, the kitchen was well-equipped too, (which is rare from my experience) since there was 4 of us I'd say the price was more than reasonable. we fell in love with the place and will visit again if possible! :)

in the bigger room that has a private bathroom, the mattresses are a bit too small so if you happen to lie in the middle you'll start sinking :D. But what I usually miss in most apartments is at least one blanket (not to be confused w a quilt) because I get cold real quick and having one blanket to warm up with when watching tv would be nice
