Sunny Beachside Apt with Free Parking

It was right where we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable

We needed a tea towel

Spacious lovely clean like home for Home absolutely perfect in every way and the owner was brilliant would definitely recommend to all walking distance to the beach highly recommended Perfect thank you

The bathroom is too small, No handles on the bath, no slip mat, couldn't shower or bath for the 5 days i was there ! toilet to tight in the area couldn't wipe my backside, And it's a 1st floor flat shared house, which iam sure it said it was a LODGE which to me is a small house

Due to an error in the booking.coms app, I was not able to stay at this accommodation. I chose this accommodation for its suitability and price. FORMAL COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN MADE, WITH REGARDS TO THE APP AND THIS HOST! The host SHOULD have contacted me sooner with regards to the pet fee of £25, instead of waiting until the day before my arrival. This doesn't provide people with the opportunity to terminate their stay within the cancellation timescale. People should be made aware of any extra charges when their booking has been confirmed, so they have a choice whether to cancel or pay the extra fee. THE HOST SHOULD HAVE HAD THE DECENCY TO TELL ME WITHIN THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD THAT THERE WERE EXTRA FEES, WHICH HE CHOSE NOT TO!!!!! WHICH IS DONE DELIBERATELY SO YOU'RE LOCKED INTO THE CONTRACT. IT WOULD HAVE GIVEN ME THE OPPORTUNITY TO REBOOK ELSEWHERE. YOU DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE TO TELL YOUR GUEST THAT THERE ARE EXTRA CHARGES! I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED!!!!!!! A FORMAL COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE. YOU COULD HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE WHEN YOU CALLED. I LIVE IN AN AREA WHERE PHONE COVERAGE IS VERY POOR. A ZERO WOULD HAVE BEEN TOO MUCH! BE AWARE OF HIDDEN COSTS!!!
