Puerto Morelos Hotel Las Palmas - Near the beach

Bardzo czysto, przemiły i pomocny personel, piękna roślinność i fajna lokalizacja, pyszna kawa co rano.

Trochę słaby internet, ale jeśli nie musisz pracować to spokojnie wystarczy.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very clean and the location was great just a short taxi or bus to the beach or take the free bikes or even walk, if you like a nice long walk.

Beautiful little hotel, with all the necessities. Very friendly staff. Clean.

Only thing is it's a bit noisy in the mornings

Great hotel in chill part of town. Anna the host was AMAZING! So friendly and welcoming when we arrived really tired. Room cosy, bed comfy, it was perfect for us! And bonus of a small kitchen area with kettle, dishes, hot plate. Thank you Anna for making our last 3 days in Mexico so comfortable!

My stay at the Las Palmas Hotel was amazing! The owner and all the family, and the wonderful staff make this hotel unique and special. Everything is spotless and extremely clean. There is such a good atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming. The rooftop has views over the town, and the local weekend market. I enjoyed staying in a local area, with the lively, safe neighbourhood. Lots of food options nearby, super markets and fruit and vegetables. Easy to get around on the bikes at the hotel or the local bus and walking. Highly recommend if you want a truly homely atmosphere in the real part of town. Stay at the Las Palmas Hotel, hopefully you'll love it as much as I did!

I liked everything!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber. Rooftoop ist sehr schön, allgemein das Hotel ist toll eingerichtet.

Fenster sind schlecht isoliert man hört einfach alles von der Strasse. WC funktionierte nicht. Ich habe nicht das von mir gebuchte Zimmer erhalten. Das was ich dann erhalten hatte war einiges günstiger. Kooperativ war das Hotel nicht mir etwas zu erstatten. Ich habe eine kleine Erstattung von Booking selber erhalten. Ich habe dann nach einem Tag ausgecheckt, weil das einfach nicht geht!
