El trato del personal es muy bueno.

Un lugar limpio y ordenado, el personal es muy amable y es tranquilo.

We liked the location, the staff and the spotless condition of our room and the compete hotel.

Very friendly staff, they allowed us to check in earlier, beautiful decor with lots of plants, well equipped kitchen for common use, clean and inviting.

There was a dog barking somewhere close by at night; a window opening onto the hallway so basically useless unless you don’t mind people passing by starring at you.

No breakfast need to bring your own to cook on a hot plate coffee was available no charge I liked the cleanness and free bicycle to beaches

A little closer to main rd nice walk about 10-15 mins to main highway close to Bus stop for van from Puerto Morelos to Cancun by van 30 pesos about 2 cad dollars

The staff is so polite fun and courteous. The hotel is gorgeous, very clean and bright with beautiful plants everywhere. The rooftop pool is awesome and the view of the sun rise and Sunsets are unforgettable. Great water pressure _ hot water and mini fridge. Best stay in Puerto for the value. Download the taxi ap or take the colletivo to the beach
