Stylish 2 bedroom City Centre Apartment sleeps 6 with Free Convenient Bullring , Grand Central Parking

The location right next to the station, the host was helpful and responsive. The staff in the building were friendly and helpful

No warning that the buildings fire alarm not working so there were people stationed on each floor with an air horn to wake us up if there was a fire. Obviously not a short term thing - did not feel safe and if we’d known about this we would not have stayed Very uncomfortable furniture we’d wanted a flat so we could hang out together in the lounge but the sofa too uncomfortable to sit on for long. Dining chair broken. Very odd way to communicate and give us instructions - we got there but a simple confirmation email a couple of days before with all the info including parking would have been much easier Collecting the key from a vape shop surrounded by people smoking weed and begging Walking up and down 5 floors due to broken lift - was told about this the day before and given some Prosecco & chocolates as an apology - flat smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke from someone nearby smoking and all our clothes smelt bad after being on there - very small bath towels in one bedroom - fine for one night and location was great but we were happy to eave

Not the fault of the property owner. But more the building. They are busy doing internal work. And this is visible of course.

The location is brilliant because we came to do clothes shopping & explore the town & the room was very big had a lovely little type kitchen area the bed was very comfortable & the breakfast was lovely for choices liked how quiet it was at night times you couldn't heard the noise from the outside

The wet room was an issue but soon got sorted out quickly when l let the staff know about it & the fire alarm going on when your on the 10th floor having to walk down all them stairs with an anxious person with autism but glad it was quickly over & sorted out

Very convenient for city centre. Comfortable beds.

The communal parts of the building are dirty and run down. We were unable to open the curtains as our windows looked straight into the rooms in the Rotunda building. Accommodation is very basic.

Location was great, don't think you could find a better place.

Location next to new street station was perfect. Concierge on all day and night

Building public areas in need of upgrading Heating hard to control

Easy check in and out Superb location for train station/city centre Great washroom facilities Hospitable with water and milk Secure parking

TV aerial was cutting out a little Pillows/mattress were soft (but more of a personal preference thing!)
