Fantastic full 3 bedroom modern apartment

Was spacious and very clean

Wasn't nothing not to like

Do not stay at this property. It is unsafe and dirty. It is located above a business and the entrance to the apartment is on the back of the building. An adjoining business(dry cleaner maybe) releases a pressure valve regularly and the steam/exhaust is loud and is in the direction of the door. Also the main outside door wouldn't lock. The outside sitting area isn't cleaned and cigerette butts are everywhere(dirty). Bugs in the apartment and we wouldn't take our outside shoes off. Garbage on the floor under the kitchen cabinets. Can't comment on the rest of the apartment because we didn't stay.

Bushalte was vlakbij en dan ben je heel snel in Belfast centrum. Met de auto ben je ook binnen 10 minuten bij de ferries van Stena Line. Appartement was schoon en de eigenaar reageerde snel op bericht.

Appartement ligt aan een drukke straat, slecht geslapen door verkeer. Er zijn 6 slaapplekken, maar slechts 4 stoelen aan de eettafel. Ruimte te klein voor 6 personen. Badkamer/toilet kan niet op slot. Wifi is slecht en de digitale tv had dus ook geen ontvangst. Wij sliepen er 1 nacht (met 6 personen) omdat we in de ochtend vroeg bij de ferry naar Cairnryan moesten zijn, was prima te doen, maar ik zou er zeker niet langer dan 1 nacht blijven

Owner met us at the apartment and was very nice and advised us about parking and local bars.

No hand soap, no fairy liquid, no tea, coffee, sugar. All bedding needs to be dumped and replaced, towels also, I was very uncomfortable putting my children to bed in the bedding. Im also fairly certain one of the beds hadn't been changed. Awful strong smell of detol in the bathroom which made it feel like a crime scene. I have a booking.com apartment myself so I know it would take her little to make this apartment excellent but at the minute it's fairly awful. Owner is obviously very greedy, as 200 quid would make such a difference to the apartment, would result in better reviews and more booking, not rocket science. Couldnt believe they didn't even have hand soap in the bathroom.

It was a little dark, we had to call someone to get the hot water turned on and it could have been cleaner.

The staff is good. The place is nice.

The wifi was not stable. Only one bedroom could receive a good connection. We parked our car in front of the house but there's also a bus stop. We were worried about parking.

De ligging was prima: op redelijke afstand van het centrum, en de eerste indruk van het appartement was verzorgd.

Er waren veel gebreken: de douche was defect, het bad kon niet gebruikt worden door een ontbrekende stop, en de verwarming stond onnodig aan zonder instelmogelijkheid. De keukeninventaris was vies en incompleet, de oven begon te roken bij gebruik, en wifi werkte alleen in één kamer. Ook ontbraken instructies voor apparatuur. Buiten hing voortdurend een doordringende baklucht van naastgelegen restaurants. Tot slot hadden we allemaal jeukende plekjes op armen en benen, mogelijk veroorzaakt door bedwantsen.
