Fantastic full 3 bedroom modern apartment

We had been informed there would be parking but it was not made clear where the parking was. Parked outside the property and received a parking ticket

Very good price. The host was friendly and helpful. Bustling part of city but quiet at night.

Couldn't get WiFi working. No hot water.

Nice living room, beds were comfy and it was really affordable.

The shower was difficult to work and the wifi didn't work.

I did not stay

There is not private parking as is on the street in a bad neighborhood. The access to this "apartment" is like a storage. The main door did not lock, the bed sheets were filthy and with weird stains. It wasn't clean at all, we decided not to stay and ask for a refund but the property manager refuses as according to him the lock works (but all the rest of the complaint was not important apparently). Please don't book this place, is a scam, and booking.com can't do much when the money has been colected by the scammer.

The host was on hand to help us into the apartment.

The outside area was littered with rubbish, old cooking oil cans, cigarette ends and general trash discarded about. Upon entering the key/lock was loose in the door, it did lock with some encouragement but this is surely something to consider fixing. The walls in the hallway and the living room were scuffed and marked with some areas in the living room having paint cracking away from the wall. There was mould in the corner of the living room. The kitchen has seen better days with draws either not opening at all or they were damaged in some way. The shower fitting which holds the shower head was loose in the wall and there were old bars of soap left in the bathroom cupboard. The toilet seat was loose. There were no toiletries provided (not essential but would have been a nice touch) one of the bedrooms had a hole in a shelving unit that had been covered over with a live of paper with the WiFi code written on it that had subsequently been ripped through again. All in all a disappointing stay.

Good location, easy to find, called the renter to get entry info and they picked up quickly, they replaced our towels for day 2 of our stay.

Damp, black mould behind drawers in one bedroom, damp collectors were full and unchanged, despite damp in the apartment the windows had been left closed before we arrived so it smelled damp. There were containers for things like coffee, tea, shampoo, etc but all were empty, looked clean on the surface but everything was a bit grimy, we had to clean any kitchen items before we used them as they all looked dirty. There were broken items that were left unfixed. They said there’s wifi but the WiFi they told me to use wasn’t showing and they ignored my message to ask where the router was so I could check it - were they using a neighbour’s wifi?
