Fantastic full 3 bedroom modern apartment

Did not enjoy staying at this property at all, on main road no proper parking, had to carry all our luggage from one street away, emptied the whole car as we did not feel it was safe to leave anything in the car. Battled to find the property due to being above a bunch of shops and a very small no on the wall with the retractable sun roof out from the carpet shop and it made it even harder to see. On calling the owner and him not being a very polite friendly person and his attitude when I had seen him in the street and the way he should us the lock box the keys and no for the property, I will NEVER recommend this place, apart from the dingy walk through to the back to the stairs and the filth and untidy garden and then terrible patio and furniture outside was really disgusting. The inside was not the greatest and the kitchen not clean and sterile. The beds very uncomfortable and the bedding did not smell clean and was really ably pour on all upside down. If I could I would have left and booked in somewhere else for the night. This place should not even charge suck a rip off price. £25 is what I have paid for a place in better state than this!! Highly disappointed all 4 guests. We will be doing a social media post on this place to not support it at all.

Proper beds, entrance area, garden, clean properly and thoroughly, proper fresh bedding and towels and for sure a better price from this run down not run or cleaned properly

There was absolutely nothing about this property that we could recommend to anyone. Very disappointed!

We are requesting a full refund for several reasons, the first being that the front door would not lock and that was a direct safety issue for us. secondly, we did not stay in the rental for more that 20 minuets, that's because we spent 10 minuets trying to get the front door to lock and the other 10 trying to contact the owner about the door and just flat-out dirt and filth in the unit. please refer to photos as proof of claim. other reasons are that several of the appliances were unusable as they were disgustingly dirty and unsafe to use like the oven (photo attached) as well as the coffee maker (photo attached). under the kitchen cabinets was just piles of trash and rotting food. In the corner of the dining area above the dining table there was black mold on the ceiling which is another serious health and safety hazard. there was some sort of steam pressure relief valve in the back yard that released tons of pressurized steam that is very dangerous for children and adults alike. the back yard was a hazard zone and looked as though it was an entrance to a junk yard. the apartment walls were all damaged, paint flaking off walls, dirt, holes and scuff marks all over all the walls. Green mold in the bathrooms as well as a large amount of damage throughout the entire apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in Belfast. The place was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Each bedroom was cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the city. The location was great — peaceful, yet just a short drive from the city centre and major attractions like the Titanic Museum and Botanic Gardens. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was excellent, and there was even free parking which made things so convenient. Would definitely recommend this stay for families or groups visiting Belfast. We’d love to come back again!

Kitchen drawer front fell off when tried to open it. No tea/coffee/sugar in canisters No instructions re HWS, TV, Internet and no response to messages once we were in the house

The apartment was very comfortable, the sofa was amazing, that was the best part of the property. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was also good, and the shower was good.

The stairs to get to it are a hazard as they are uneven, the outside area is very run down and you couldn't sit out there. The top drawer in the kitchen is broken, and the host didn't leave the usual milk, tea, coffee, sugar, etc, as shown on the pictures. The Internet is also very slow and not strong enough to reach the television. I felt it was not good value for money, considering what we paid for 1 night.
