The property is not for rent, but is still bookable on booking.com. I have happened to find out that 2 hours before the check-in, when I called the host to arrange the key handling. Surprisingly for both of us, he did not know, that his place is booked, as he stated that the property has been withdrawn from bookin.com long time ago. That led to another booking on the day for the same night and lots of time on the phone with booking.com representatives. As I am writing that now, a week later from the incident, the property is STILL BOOKABLE on booking.com. Absolutely bad management from both the host and booking.com.

"Ideal."

Close to shops. Easy to access property. Staff were flexible. Staff were good on the hand of getting us in for another night due to car troubles. And at a slightly discounted rate not going through booking.

"Worse stay ever"

Nothing it was awful

We was given the wrong key code and couldn't get in for an hour.after a rude message "booking.com gave you code " So we go into flat 🤔 where the T.V is on the floor where it's been pulled off "last customer must have done it" he messaged then as walking around checking it out bedrooms where dirty and the showers there was also a hole in the bedroom door apparently last customer! anyway we got put up with it as it getting late daughter got long day next day so FREE WIFI not any WIFI as it didn't work so messaged again and reply was try the wires ! No joy and eventually after I messaged again I will sort you a full refund and here i am 6 days after stopping NO REFUND DO NOT STOP HERE ps Mattresses where dirty we all had to sleep in our clothes 😩 😫 PLEASE AVOID
