"Hip but decidedly not posh"

The neighbourhood can look a little rough around the edges but also has a tonne of creative and delicious restaurants, cafes, and bars. Super convenient to transit.

The building and area is (almost) entirely short term lets - ironically - so going more downmarket. The street the flat is on is fine but *feels* a bit sketch. Could use more coffee pods.

"Spotlessly clean & with all the things available you’d need to stay a few days"

It was spotlessly clean! Shower was great! & it had a tram stop just a few minutes walk. It was ideally located between the train station and a venue we were attending for a wedding. It had all the small things you’d need for a couple of days stay like dishwashing liquid, dish towel etc. things you might not get elsewhere.

The road was all dug up outside which we weren’t aware of & the beds weren’t comfortable for us (everyone has their preferences). Again for our preferences for 3 adults it was a little compact.

"Brilliant accommodation, friendly host ,"

The place was amazing really modern decor , The host even added christmas decs up for us before we got there .It was in a great location close to all amenities , The kitchen had everything you need to cook anything .even had a washing machine . We would definitely go back again .

Easy check in and check out, in a good area well connected with public transport. Warm and cozy apartment, it has everything you need for a short stay. Clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and we could get a good rest. The owners were nice

"Perfect base for a weekend exploring Edinburgh"

The property is in a fabulous location with direct links to Edinburgh City Centre. It is very clean and the main bed is comfortable. Nice shower. Easy to locate. Great for a short stay.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. There is no iron. The neighbour upstairs was very noisy but I reported it to the owner and we did not hear anything after that which was great.

"Great apartment with best location and friendly host."

Exceptional location, nice apartment, friendly host.

Only thing that was not comfortable was the mattress so soft you could sink during the night. But I guess that’s individual preference.
