Easy access to trams.

Parking difficult. Uncomfortable bed ( very hard) and bedding ( synthetic ). Broken knife handle in kitchen ( this should be discarded as it is unhygienic)

Great location - situated just a 10 minute walk from the city centre

We were initially given the wrong key code which delayed entry. There was a problem with the shower draining away

Good location but anywhere in Edinburgh is as the public transport is so good.

old dated apartment, odd odour like dampness

Property was very close to to local transport such as tram station is only 3min walk. And this the greatest value to the property. Also it was close to local amenities.

Location was great. Clean and cozy.

On the small side. Front door was difficult to unlock.

Fully furnished , clean and tidy

The front door entry and inside the houses’ lobby need dressing up a bit. At least minimum lighting by auto sensor.
