So clean, so cosy & spacious for the price. We came for one night and we have now extended our stay to 3 days ! Our new fave spot. So worth the money! An the host is AMAZING!

Nothing!! We absolutely love it. Local to loads of shops and 10 minute walk into town.

The room itself was neat and it’s closer to main road where one can easily find his way out.

Proximity to road

There is no heating in the entire property at all. I called to know if they could provide any ad it was very cold night but they wouldn’t answer the phone. When it became unbearable me and my partner had to leave at 2am to pass the night in a friend’s house.

This property SHOULD NOT be advertised as suitable for occupation. It is a far cry from being Modern! Rather it is in breach of all standards with unscrupulous management who are engaged in false advertising of a dilapidated property, misleading potential customers to pay for their inhabitable rooms without refunds. This is why they don’t offer refunds!

The environment was full of waste, unsavoury characters and noise. The entrance was unsafe and broken, obstructed by old furniture causing a huge fire hazard. The room was dirty with soiled linen and the base of the bed was boarded. The kitchen and bathroom were extremely unclean with a broken toilet seat, oozing an unsanitary smell coming from the shower and toilet. It was completely unsafe in an abysmally dirty state unfit for occupation. I COULD NOT STAY and had to find alternative accommodation as a result.

- Affordable - Met expectations for the cost - Manager was great

- Could have been cleaner - Keys were not in lockbox, had to phone manager to get it (not too big of a deal as he was very quick in doing this)
