The property was dirty and the location given was different to the location given after payment. I refused to stay there and had to pay for alternative accommodation

Couldn't stay walked in and straight out and went to local hotel this place should not be on booking.com very disaponted and want a refund

As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted by the property manager Ali, he was extremely kind at first impression and very accommodating. He made sure we were happy with the room, had a lovely chat and gave us recommendations for the best restaurants in the area. The studio was clean and had multiple amenities, the bathroom was also as clean and good quality washing products were supplies, we also appreciated that the room was warm as we come in from a rainy night. Mattress on the bed was also gorgeous. All together we were very happy with our stay with literally nothing bad to say we left clean and well rested.

Ali gave the apartment a great clean and was very helpful and friendly. The bed was so comfortable!!
